By submitting this application, you confirm that:

• You understand that this Transfer of Equity application is being completed on an execution-only basis. This means that the Society hasn’t assessed whether the changes are suitable for your individual circumstances, and you will not benefit from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules relating to suitability assessments. You understand and accept the implications of this.
• You understand that approval of a Transfer of Equity is not guaranteed and is subject to the Society’s lending and underwriting criteria.
• The personal, financial, employment, and property information you have provided is current and reflects your current circumstances at the date of submission.
• You understand that the Society will rely on the information provided when considering this application.
• You will tell the Society as soon as possible if there is any significant change to your circumstances before completion, including changes to income, employment, credit commitments, or occupancy arrangements.
• The information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief. You understand that providing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may result in the application being declined, delayed, or withdrawn.
• You consent to the Society carrying our credit checks with a credit reference agency and obtaining any information reasonably required to verify the details provided.
• You understand that the mortgage will continue to be subject to the existing General Mortgage Terms and Conditions.
• You understand that legal work will usually need to be completed by a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. Independent legal and tax advice should be obtained if you’re unsure about the implications of the transfer.
