Non-Executive Director

Mansfield Building Society are seeking a Non Executive Director – based in Nottinghamshire. The Society is a fiercely independent and successful mutual building society offering savings and mortgages on a national basis. Candidates should have in-depth experience of Financial Risk Management within a financial services organisation, including reviewing and assessing capital adequacy, liquidity and other treasury related risks, as well as broader asset and liability management skills and/or a Financial Risk, Accounting or Treasury qualification with significant recent experience of a building society, bank or mortgage lender. The estimated time requirement to perform this role is 2-3 days per month.

ISD Team Leader

As a result of continued growth within the Society, we now have an opportunity for a full time Technical Support Team Leader in the IT Department.  The purpose of the role is to supervise, support, lead and motivate the Technical Support staff, and to oversee the day to day activities within your team, ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (Saturday work – usually 1 in 4).  We operate two shifts a day 8-4 and 10-6, this is on a rota base and alternates weekly.

Account Manager

We now have an opportunity for a full time Account Manager in the Intermediary Sales department. The purpose of the role is to actively contribute to the achievement of business objectives and standards for intermediary introduced mortgage business.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Place of work: Mansfield-based, although there will be a substantial amount of travel involved within the role.
