Transfer of Equity Declaration

Before submitting your application, you confirm that:

• You are requesting this Transfer of Equity yourself and have chosen to proceed on an execution-only basis.
• You understand and accept that, by proceeding on an execution only basis, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules relating to suitability assessments do not apply. You understand and accept the implications of this.
• You understand that the Society is not required to assess whether the proposed change is suitable for your individual circumstances.
• The information you have provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date to the best of your knowledge.
• You understand that the Society will rely on this information when assessing the Transfer of Equity application.
• You will let us know as soon as possible if there are any significant change to your personal or financial circumstances before the transfer is completed.
• You understand that any fees, charges or other costs connected with the transfer are your responsibility.
• You confirm that you received a copy of the European Standardised Information Sheet (ESIS) and have had an opportunity to review it before submitting your Transfer of Equity application.
• You have read and understood the information provided and wish to proceed with your application.
• You understand that the mortgage will continue to be subject to the existing General Mortgage Terms and Conditions.
