Solicitor Eligibility Criteria

Important Information

There are some instances where your applicants won’t be able use our conveyancing service such as:

1. They have any other related transactions for which a Solicitor is required e.g. Removing a party from the mortgage.
2. The property is in Scotland.
3. The application is Shared Equity or Shared Ownership.
4. The application is Older Lives with Downsizing.

This is not an exhaustive list and the Society may decide that your applicants do not qualify for this service.
