By proceeding, you confirm that:

• You’re requesting this Contract Variation yourself and have chosen to proceed on an execution only basis.
• You understand and accept that, by proceeding on an execution only basis, the FCAs suitability assessment rules do not apply. You acknowledge and accept the implications of this.
• You understand that Mansfield Building Society is not required to assess whether this change is suitable for your circumstances.
• You confirm that the information you’ve provided is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You understand that we may need to validate the information you’ve provided. This may include carrying out a credit search with a credit reference agency to review your financial commitments.
• You understand that your requested contract variation may be subject to an affordability assessment and that your application may be declined if the affordability requirements are not met.
• You understand that the Contract Variation will remain subject to the General Mortgage Terms and Conditions.
• If you have shared any information about a vulnerability, you understand that this will only be used to help us provide appropriate support and will not be shared with any third party for any other purpose.
