Contract Variation Declaration

By submitting this application, you confirm that:

• You understand that this Contract Variation is being completed on an execution-only basis. This means that the Mansfield Building Society has not assessed whether the change is suitable for your individual circumstances, and you will not benefit from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules relating to suitability assessments. You understand and accept the implications of this.
• The information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.
• The personal, financial, employment, and property information you have provided is current and reflects your circumstances at the date of submission.
• You understand that the Society will rely on the information provided when considering this application.
• You will tell the Society as soon as possible if there is any significant changes to your circumstances before completion, including changes to income, employment, credit commitments or occupancy arrangements.
• You understand that providing inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information may result in the application being declined, delayed or withdrawn.
• You consent to the Society carrying out credit checks with a credit reference agency and obtaining information reasonably required to verify the details provided.
• You understand that the Contract Variation will remain subject to the existing General Mortgage Terms and Conditions.
