As a mutual Building Society, we pride ourselves on being there for our members. We know at times our members may require us to adapt our services. Below are a range of services that are available in branches, if you need to find out more or require further adaptions, savers can call 01623 676350 and borrowers 01623 676340 to discuss your needs.

Large Print and Audio
We can provide account statements in easier to read large print on request. Whilst for customers with dyslexia, we can print forms and statements on blue paper. If you require either of these services, please speak with one of our Customer Advisors.

As well as large print, we can also provide an audio copy of branch leaflets, on request.

Induction Hearing Loops
All our branches have a portable induction hearing loops which can be used at the counter and in meeting rooms. Induction loops improve sound quality for people with hearing aids with a T setting.

Here to help
Our branches are also equipped with handy extras such as magnifying glasses, clipboards and pen grips to help customers transact with us.

Dementia Friends
All of our customer advisors are Dementia Friends which has enhanced their understanding of dementia and the challenges this can create for members, and those that assist them. This enables our branch colleagues to provide tailored and personal support.

Customer Privacy
Private meeting rooms are available upon request in branches, should you wish to discuss any matters of a sensitive nature in privacy.
