By submitting a Transfer of Equity application, you confirm that:

• You have obtained the applicant(s)’ consent to share their personal information for the purpose of this application.
• You have authority of all account holders to submit this Transfer of Equity request on their behalf.
• You and/or your firm are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and hold the appropriate permissions to act on behalf of the applicant(s) in connection with this application.
• You have discussed and explained the financial implications of the proposed change with the applicant(s), including any impact on monthly payments, interest payable, mortgage term, fees and the overall cost of borrowing.
• To the best of your knowledge, the applicant(s)’ current financial circumstances have been fully disclosed and you are not aware of any material changes that could affect the assessment of this application.
• You believe the Transfer of Equity remains affordable and sustainable based on the applicant(s)’ current and anticipated financial circumstances.
• You understand that approval of the Transfer of Equity is subject to the Society’s lending and underwriting criteria and is not guaranteed.
• You acknowledge that the Society may request additional information or supporting evidence in relation to this application.
• You confirm that you have provided the applicant(s) with a copy of the European Standardised Information Sheet (ESIS) for consideration before submitting this application and will be paying any appropriate fees on their behalf.
• You have provided the applicant(s) with a copy of the Society’s Privacy Notice, available at mansfieldbs.co.uk/privacy-notice. This explains how personal information is collected, used and protected.
