Meet the Team

Head of Sales

Tom originally joined the society as branch manager before moving over to our intermediary function, spending time within broker support as business development manager before progressing to heading up the team. Having worked in mortgage lending for over 10 years Tom is well positioned to help drive the society forward in new areas of lending and loves unpicking quirky cases. Outside of work Tom can be found in the gym, out running or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Business Development Manager

Anna joined the society back in May 2019 and is the Business Development Manager and her role involves spreading the word about our flexible criteria to our broker partners. Anna used to be a keen swimmer and even swam at national level in her heyday! She now spends her time going for long walks with the family and when not enjoying time outdoors would consider herself to be a bit of a bookworm.

Sales Support Manager

Vicki re-joined the Intermediary Team at Mansfield in 2018, having had a short break at another Building Society, after previously spending 5 years with the Mansfield. She now leads the sales support team and is always happy to help with all broker enquiries and DIP’s.

Vicki is a keen footballer, playing for a ladies team and also coaches a local girls team.

Business Development Manager

Rosie joined the society in 2012 in the branch network before moving over to the intermediary team providing broker support and then on to becoming Business Development Manager.

Outside of work Rosie is a busy Mum to a son and is a keen netballer, playing for 2 teams. She also has a love/hate relationship with running often choosing to catch up on a Netflix series rather than go out for that run.

Business Development Manager (South of England)

Claire joined the Society in 2024 following six years in financial services, including five years with Nationwide and having sales roles with Uinsure and Quantum Mortgages.

Friendly, approachable, and naturally optimistic, Claire likes to help build strong connections with others. A natural problem-solver, Claire is also very organized and loves a spreadsheet!
