Show FAQ - How do I get a Decision in Principle (DIP)?

To get a Decision in Principle for your client, you can complete an online form through our portal. When you submit the DIP request through our portal, it will automatically come through to our Intermediary Support team to assess and if necessary, involve an underwriter.

We will contact you to approve or decline the DIP via email and/or over the phone. If the online DIP is approved, you will be able to progress the DIP to full application through the portal with the information saved to make it easier for you.

Show FAQ - How do I access the online portal?

In order to use our online services you will need to register, which you can do from the login page. Once you are registered, you will be given access to the system immediately, where you can request a DIP, an ESIS or apply for any of our online mortgage products, and securely upload documents for your client.

You will currently need to complete a request form and email it for an ESIS for all of our mortgage products.

On selected products we offer free legal fees via our nominated solicitor, if your client would prefer to use another solicitor, then you will need to inform us via the form.
