• I have read and accept the terms and conditions relating to this Contract Variation.
• I have explained the terms and conditions of the Contract Variation to the borrower(s), and they have confirmed that they understand and accept them.
• I understand that approval of the Contract Variation is subject to Mansfield Building Society’s assessment and lending criteria and is not guaranteed.
• I have explained to the borrower(s) that the Contract Variation will remain subject to the existing General Mortgage Terms and Conditions.
