1. The promoter is The Mansfield Building Society (authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority 206049) whose registered office is Regent House, Regent Street, Mansfield, Notts NG18 1SS.
2. Employees of The Mansfield Building Society and their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
3. The prize is one award of one hundred pounds (£100) worth of Amazon vouchers every calendar quarter (January to March, April to June, July to September, October to December). Each calendar year, four (4) awards of £100 each will therefore be made. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
4. The rules of the prize draw and the prize for the winners are as follows:
Mansfield Building Society customers that complete an online survey with Smart Money People will be entered into the quarterly prize draw by leaving their name and contact number or email address at the end of the survey. Only one entry per person per quarter. Entry is only available to Mansfield Building Society customers completing the survey.

Closing date for entries in each quarter will be midnight on the last day of the last month in each calendar quarter (i.e. midnight on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December). After this date and time no further entries to the quarterly prize for the relevant quarterly draw will be permitted.
The prize draw will take place during the first week of the new quarter for registrations during the previous quarter.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason and this includes survey responses that do not provide a contact name, number or email address at the end of the survey.
6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
7. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
8. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. We also reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
9. The winner will be chosen at random from the total number of entries received during the calendar quarter.
10. We will notify the winner by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
14. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
15. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: The Mansfield Building Society, Regent House, Regent Street, Mansfield, Notts NG18 1SS.
16. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. This promotion is exclusively available via customer surveys completed on Smart Money People and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any other promoters. You are providing your information to Smart Money People and the winner’s information will be shared with The Mansfield Building Society and not to any other party.
