
Gev Lynott Chief Executive and Director
Gev joined the Society in September 2011. Gev has extensive financial services experience having held senior positions within the financial services divisions of Saga, Asda and Marks & Spencers as well as senior roles at the National and Provincial Building Society. Gev is also a Qualified Accountant.

Paul Wheeler Finance Director and Secretary
Paul joined the Society in July 2011 after a successful career with East Midlands Development Agency. Prior to joining EMDA Paul spent 11 years in the finance industry acquiring a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is responsible for all aspects of the Society’s finances and, as Society Secretary, for all areas of corporate governance.

Jim Dunn Mortgage & Personnel Executive
Jim joined the Society in August 2012 and is responsible for managing and developing the mortgage function, ensuring that the Society provides an efficient, compliant and personalised mortgage service. He also manages the personnel policy and process relating to employee recruitment, welfare and relations.

Jill Watson Risk & Compliance Executive and Money Laundering Reporting Officer
Jill joined the Society in December 2012 as Risk and Compliance Executive and Money Laundering Reporting Officer following a 22 year career working on risk related matters. Jill is responsible for ensuring that the Society maintains a strong governance culture supported by risk management and compliance monitoring processes.

Mike Taylor Sales and Marketing Manager
Mike joined the Society in February 2009 having previously worked within Sales & Marketing roles for local building societies since 1993. Mike is responsible for our branches, mortgage sales team, marketing and for the administration of all the Society’s investment accounts. |

Peter Doherty Product Manager
Pete joined the Society from college in 1966. He was appointed Business Development Manager in 1986 then Branch Manager of the newly opened Chesterfield branch in 1989. He is currently working as Product Manager. |

Brian Seddons Information Systems Manager
Brian joined the Society in 1997 after spending 11 years working for a software development company. Brian is responsible for all the technology used by the Society including the computer systems and telephones. |
