Please read our cash ISA product leaflet before completing and returning the cash ISA application form to us at Regent House, Regent Street, Mansfield, Notts, NG18 1SS with any accompanying documents and initial investment. Please remember to enclose evidence of identification and proof of your address with your completed application form. Details of the required documentation are confirmed in the application form.
You are encouraged to read the Product Information, Fees & Charges Explained (Tariff of Charges), General Account Terms and Conditions and Interest Rate sections of this website before forwarding your application form because the contents represent our terms of business which are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If for any reason you are not happy with your choice of account, then you may ask us to refund your money in full within 14 days of opening it, or receiving the product terms and conditions and passbook through the post, whichever is the later. If you do this, we will refund your money without charge or penalty and pay interest for the time your money is with us.
